Having access to the full set of contacts I actually need makes a huge difference with Power Almanac especially since it includes far more than the basic information you can usually get from web scraping. Because of that my SDR and sales team can work much more efficiently and get better results than they would using another tool or trying to manage without this data at all.

The one thing I'd still like to see is school data since that isn't included right now.

Right out of the gate this one proved to be a powerful yet very user friendly platform. It didn't require any training to get started and at the same time it provides all the guidance and training you could need along the way. It gave a real boost to our marketing and sales work by helping us connect with leadership at the local government level nationwide. On top of that their team has been incredibly responsive and supportive, I mean easily they are one of the most helpful vendors I have worked with. I'd definitely recommend the platform.

Cons

There really aren't many drawbacks. The only limitation is that if you need contacts further down the organizational chart, you may have to do some additional research yourself or bring in another tool to fill that gap.

Overall I'd recommend it to anyone who needs accurate, verified local government contact data.

Honestly there's nothing here to complain about. The product is excellent and the pricing seems fair compared with other options out there.

The tool is very easy to use. It packs in a lot of value with features like filtering and update tracking, yet it never looks cluttered. The team behind it has been fantastic as well.

There is not much to complain about especially if you make the obvious upgrade to Power Max. If I had to name one downside, it would be wishing it could stay a hidden gem for those of us who already know how good it is.

It has a very decent interface. It's simple to navigate, easy to understand and overall very user friendly. Another big plus is the team behind it. I am comfortable asking questions, sharing feedback and learning with them along the way. It really is more like a partnership than just using a product.

If anything I am just hoping for more information over time. I'd also love to see additional roles added to the available options.

Having the ability to narrow data searches down to very specific targets has been really valuable. It makes the platform much more useful when I need focused results.

One gap I have noticed is that some government categories are still missing such as Public Health.

One of the most valuable parts of this tool is that data has been the unique ID assigned to each contact. We've used those IDs to match people with the right municipalities and counties and that has really helped us keep our Salesforce records accurate.

Cons

At this point I have not run into any real drawbacks though we're on the Power Max unlimited plan. I can see this being a lot more difficult on a lower tier subscription if downloads were capped.

It is easy to use and the support from the staff has been excellent. They really go above and beyond by sharing extra resources that help you get the most value out of the product.

Honestly there is very little to complain about. It's a strong product backed by a really helpful team.

Pros

Having direct contact details for senior government officials, along with results you can filter is really useful. The information may already be public but it saves a lot of time having someone else gather and organize it all.

Cons

A downside is that it only lists one contact per role. We often need to reach multiple people within the same department but it only provides the highest ranking person for each department.

“Quick filters found exactly right leads”

Pros

Using it is very user friendly which is a big part of why it works so well for me. I really enjoy being able to tick a few boxes and instantly see exactly what I need appear on the right. It's also very useful that I can pull leads for different government officials within a certain radius of a specific ZIP code.

Cons

I honestly have not run into any features I dislike yet. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding Assistant and Deputy City Manager as searchable personas.
