“Platform is very user friendly”

Pros

The platform is very amazing because everything is incredibly user friendly and simple.

Cons

Although the platform is powerful, there was still a bit of a learning curve and the feature set feels somewhat limited.

“GTM KPI visibility remained clear”

Pros

Praction has made it possible for me to automate data collection and reporting for our GTM KPIs. It gives a clear, simple view of the overall health of our marketing and sales funnel which makes tracking performance much easier.

Cons

It still doesn't integrate with the CRM system we currently use so we're stuck copying and pasting data manually. That's far from ideal and can lead to mistakes and the platform also doesn't seem broad enough to address some of the specific challenges we run into.
