Pros

Prezentor is a really strong visual tool that lets you present accurate calculations and real scenarios to customers. Also it helps simplify the sales process for the sales team and they always have access to the latest materials. On top of that it is very user friendly and easy to use.

Cons

One downside is the missing calendar integration and notes still don't sync between the PC version and the iPad version.

Pros

It is very easy to use. It's excellent for building engaging presentations and I really like that it lets us track how the end user moves through them.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. Most of the bugs and small annoyances have already been addressed through app updates.

Pros

Our sales team has shared very positive feedback about it and that's been backed up by the reactions they're getting from customers and clients as well. The features are especially useful for a team that's constantly on the move since they can access and update the latest presentation versions from wherever they are. Another big advantage is the cross-platform support which lets us use Prezentor on laptops, tablets and phones without running into any design or formatting issues.

Cons

The area that could definitely be improved is third party integrations because we have not been able to pull customer insights into other software or apps. Having better CRM connections especially with tools like Salesforce, would make it fit much more efficiently into our business processes.
