“responsive support always”
Pros
Getting started with Qarar felt very natural because everything is laid out so clearly that you don't need any special skills to begin using it. The feature set is broad and gives me plenty of room to adjust things the way I need. I also really like the clean, modern look which makes the platform pleasant to work in day to day. On top of that the customer support has been excellent as they respond quickly, act professionally and are always willing to help solve any issue.
Cons
There really aren't any major drawbacks that stand out to me but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the Final Report feature. It could use a few refinements especially with adding more customization options and making the report creation process a bit more convenient.

“Sensitivity visuals were excellent”
Pros
The sensitivity analysis is excellent and looks really professional. Customers especially enjoy the graphical view of the cash flow outcomes.
Cons
Its final report builder still seems limited when it comes to customization. Customers also cannot adjust their assumption values directly from the final report which reduces how interactive it can be. On top of that there's no option to export the final report as a PDF.

“Analytics were powerful”
Pros
It is user friendly and well organized so using it and moving through the interface was very hassle free. The analytics and dashboards are especially strong and really help with making informed decisions. The application stayed responsive and worked quickly throughout use. I also liked how the team adjusts to user needs by offering flexibility for different workflows. On top of that their customer service was helpful and quick to respond which made resolving issues much easier. They also keep up with modern tools and features which helps users stay competitive.
Cons
One concern I have is access to data after the engagement ends which I believe could be addressed through the contract terms.

“improved everything significantly”
Pros
Putting together a decent business case is much more manageable with this platform because it organizes data collection, cost analysis and outcome forecasting. The templates and built-in tools were user friendly so it's quick to organize the important details and present everything in a professional format. I also really like how the templates guide you step by step through the business case process. It works well whether you need something simple or a much more detailed analysis.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform does take a bit of time especially if you're used to building everything in Excel. There's definitely a learning curve at first but after going through the tutorials and spending some time in the system, it became very easy to use.

With Qarar putting together business cases has been very effective for me. It helps lay out the cost-benefit analysis for multiple scenarios clearly so the whole process feels structured and practical.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve especially if you are not already used to building business cases but the help resources and training tools make it possible to get up to speed pretty quickly.

“Planning and teamwork both are amazing”
Pros
From the way it is built, the framework, assumption packs and collaboration features all help create more accurate cases and support better decision-making.
Cons
It's not really a complaint but I'd love to have access to every feature it offers, including the AI assistant. It would be nice if that could be part of the starter plan.

“Financial insights were highly credible”
Pros
There's a strong sense of depth and reliability here. It lays out financial metrics in a way that feels credible to CFOs and it also lets you present different scenarios while connecting them to real business benefits.
Cons
I'd like to see more guided onboarding for new users.

“Business case consistency was scalable”
Pros
It brings consistency and scalability to business cases. There's a lot of flexibility in it and creating reusable templates for your own needs or for different customer requirements is very easy.
Cons
The financial models are quite good which is definitely a plus but they do come with a bit of a learning curve.

“support is fast and always stellar”
Pros
Being able to work through business cases this quickly and accurately is my favorite part of it. Once the initial framework is in place, I can iterate fast and run sensitivity analyses without much friction. It gives me a huge amount of useful information when I am getting ready for meetings with prospective customers. The support team has also been outstanding. Nayyir in particular is very responsive and always ready to help with technical questions. Beyond knowing the platform well, the team also brings decent business judgment which is really helpful when pressure-testing different business cases.
Cons
Calling it a dislike is probably overstating it but I personally prefer using concise summary decks in meetings rather than full formal business cases. Because of that I tend to use it more as an internal tool than as something for building client facing reports. I'll usually develop and refine the business case in it, then export the output into a deck that I am more comfortable presenting in client meetings. That said one advantage is that it is set up in a way that supports this workflow well.

“good tool”
Pros
Using it has been a really effective way to standardize our business cases and present them in a more modern, professional format. The built-in custom formulas do a strong job of telling a clear quantitative story which helps show customers the value they can expect from their investment. It's a very good tool for supporting and justifying investment decisions.
Cons
If you're newer to building quantitative business cases, there's a bit of a learning curve at first when it comes to knowing which inputs to use and how to talk through them. Still it's nothing too difficult and can be picked up pretty quickly.
