I especially liked the clean, clear interface, the weekly updates showing exactly where we stand against the target and the ability to look back at performance from previous quarters.

The part I liked least was the lack of visibility into whether the site is actually updated every day. Aside from that it seems very clear and effective.

I get clear visibility into the billing and payments collected for my files which makes tracking everything much easier.

It would be even better if the file name were shown as well so the follow-up would be more precise.

What I liked most was the transparency around commissions, the real time visibility into my performance and the extra autonomy it gives me. It's motivating and it makes conversations with management much simpler.

At first getting used to it can feel a little confusing especially when it comes to more complex calculation rules but that improves quickly once you start using it regularly.

The platform starts to show its limits when commission rules are very complex or highly specific and some loading times or exports can be a bit slow depending on the volume of data being processed.

One of the best things is how clear and transparent it makes my performance tracking. The interface is user friendly, the dashboards are well organized and I can monitor my targets and commissions in real time which keeps me motivated. Also I really enjoy the funny little messages that pop up when my commission changes. It's a small touch but it makes the experience feel more friendly and human. On top of that the data is reliable and updates automatically which saves me a lot of time day to day.

Overall I am very happy with it. If I had to point out anything, I'd say some views could use a bit more customization depending on each user's preferences. There are moments when I'd like to rearrange certain elements my own way or apply filters to some information more easily. Still these are minor points and they don't take away from how effective the tool is in everyday use.

From a sales perspective, there were times when I didn't immediately understand certain bonuses or how some calculation rules worked which could be a bit frustrating. Still, overall it's very well designed.

At our HR tech company, we use it to keep track of bonuses and the clarity it gives is something I really like. It's very easy to see everything, including whether statements are closed or already reviewed by the team. This is actually my first time following my KPIs through a tool like this and it honestly made me enjoy the whole process.

The thing to keep in mind is that updates between HubSpot and the tool can take a little while. It's not really a problem but depending on the integration, there can be a bit of a delay before everything syncs.

Qobra gives me a very complete and detailed overall view. I really like having everything on one dashboard, including the bonus amount I am expected to receive and the exact revenue I still need to close to reach it.

I don't really see any major area where it needs improvement. There's a chart that compares bonus percentage with achievement percentage and it can be a little hard to read but that's a very minor detail in day to day use.
