It is simple to use, easy to understand and the emails sent about the topic are genuinely helpful. I also like being able to interact directly within the platform.

Cons

The only real difficulty I have noticed is figuring out where to place the cursor to access the calculation. Aside from that there really isn't much to complain about.

There really aren't any downsides to mention since the software matches our expectations perfectly. Setting up the first complex commission plans can take a bit of time but the support provided is excellent throughout the process.

Honestly I have not come across any negative aspects. It looks like a new and useful way to keep track of your own performance.

Right from the start I find it very user friendly and simple to navigate. The automation features save a lot of time and cut down on manual work which makes day to day tasks much more efficient. Its detailed analytics are also very useful and give good insights that help with decision making. Another big plus is the transparency it brings to the compensation structure making everything much clearer. On top of that the customer support team is excellent as they are quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the level of customization which still seems a bit limited. It would also help if some views were more aggregated especially yearly views.

Using this tool is not a hassle and the overall simplicity is a real plus. Since it's connected to our company's Salesforce, it's especially convenient to access the details of each line directly.

The main thing that could be improved is the customization and color options. Maybe some updates are already planned in that direction over the next few months.

It is very clear and well organized. Also the interface is quite amazing, easy to read and I really like the level of detail as well as the links that take us directly to our CRM.

From a manager's side, target updates still need to be done manually and that can take a bit of time at the beginning of each month.
