Its quite easy to use

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of data tracking and issuing Acord forms through th is platform.

Cons

It takes too many steps to add a policy and the carrier list needs to be updated with all company details.

It can be improved

Pros

The platform provides excellent data storage and file management features, it is perfect for keeping our records safe and secure.

Cons

There is no support for Life and Health and I can't add riders, which is a limitation.

extremely easy to use, and the onboarding was effortless

I can effortlessly import personal lines from PL Rater into QQ, it is an amazing feature and the functionality of QQ is simple and easy to understand.

Good responsive team

Pros

Its texting feature is my favorite!!! it keeps me on track with work tasks and also customer service is typically very responsive and helpful!

Cons

The platform seems to be slow at times and this is becoming more frequent.

Incredible system

Pros

I love how it centralizes all my information in one place. It's great that moving multiple files into one folder is so much easier now.

Cons

Since we use the online version, I have to remember to delete documents from my computer after filing them.

A simple CRM offering useful tools and operational insights

Pros

It has been very helpful for tracking the total premium sold over the course of the year.

Cons

It feels a little dated and could use some upgrades. I would love to see a feature that recommends limits for industries listed on the Acord forms as it's sometimes hard to know the right limits when writing a policy for a new industry.

My experience with QQ has been great

Pros

So simple to use and does exactly what I need it to do. The only downside is the lack of integration with EZlynx.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with EZlynx and it would be great if it included a program similar to Docusign.

Very easy to navigate

Pros

I find it so easy to use and it simply follows the prompts and the system gives a wide variety of options.

Cons

The download functionality needs improvement specially when downloading information from other companies we use.

Simple to operate

I like the sticky notes feature, it is incredibly useful for organizing information.

Pros

User convenience is amazing, its efficiency and practicality of this platform is amazing.

Cons

Modifications aren't easy to make. When it's linked with accounting, it often requires deleting and recreating data, which is inconvenient.

Simple to use and packed with features

Pros

We enjoy using QQ Catalyst because of its easy to learn navigation and powerful performance. The many tools and organization options make it an all-in-one management system. We also get useful updates frequently and the support team maintains great communication.

Cons

We do not have any dislikes. Any issues we faced are usually technical concerns but they are promptly resolved by the support team.
