Pros

Getting to the business metrics that really matter has become much quicker. We used to spend a lot of time feeding spreadsheets and now that whole process is automated, fast and much more practical. The implementation was simple especially thanks to the native integrations. It's already turned into a tool I open every day to keep an eye on my operation.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints at this point. The direct contact with the developers and support team has been excellent and I have felt very well taken care of.
