Pros

It is really easy to use. The tracking system is the feature I enjoy the most and now that the QuickEst app is available, I'm no longer missing my follow-ups.

Cons

I'd still like to see the AI functionality integrated more fully across the platform. Aside from that it's a very good product and the support team has been really pleasant to work with.
