“very responsive support”
Pros
Putting quotes together takes a lot less effort now because I can automate pricing, margins and product configurations, then send everything straight to clients. The integrations have been really useful too since they let me pull in data without re-entering it by hand. The electronic signature feature also organizes the process and gives me better control and visibility at every stage of the sales cycle. On top of that their support team has been consistently friendly and quick with help tickets and the answers they provide are detailed and clearly explained.
Cons
That said customizing or editing a PDF the way I want still takes more time than I expected because the template editor is not as user friendly as some other tools. It also comes with a fairly long learning curve that can feel overwhelming at first.

“Templates better than sharing quotes”
Pros
Setting up quote templates for each salesperson in our organization has been pretty easy.
Cons
Compared with some of the other tools we evaluated, this one doesn't offer link-based quotes that update in real time, so any changes require sending the quote again.

“Flexible templates speed up quotes”
Pros
Having different customizable templates along with a flexible, user-friendly interface has been a big plus. We can put together quotes and proposals while on the go and that has been absolutely superb for our workflow.
Cons
The only thing I'd really change is the subscription price as I wish it were a bit cheaper. Other than that everything else has been perfectly fine.

“Old interface makes training painful”
Pros
Honestly, there is not really anything about this product that I like.
Cons
The interface is very outdated and managing the database is a hassle. It is not user-friendly at all and training our sales reps on it has been extremely difficult as they genuinely dislike using it. I would not recommend it. The only reason we are still on this platform is because we have been tied to it for so long and moving away would mean losing valuable historical data. On top of that we cannot afford the downtime that a migration would require.
