“Collaborative presentations done very well”

Pros

This tool is really useful for bringing documents into a collaborative workspace and it lets users switch between presentations without any hassle. Also it makes it possible to record and save everything covered in a meeting including files with annotations.

Cons

It can be a bit slow and at times that means having to exit and log back in, which causes the interface to be lost.

“Flexible setup with great collaboration”

Pros

A simple graphical interface makes it really easy to manage content, camera inputs and wireless casting devices. It works well as a collaborative tool and comes with several useful features. It keeps organizing and presenting uncomplicated while needing very little setup.

Cons

At times lag can happen depending on file sizes, the machine's capacity, or available bandwidth. That said the product is being updated regularly and I've noticed improvements with each new version.
