“Zip code insights show details”

Pros

One thing I really like is how clearly it breaks down zip code information. Within each view, you can see details like the population by age group, the size of the zip code, the time zone and more. It's very detailed and as an end user that kind of data makes it much easier to target customers more effectively and add value at every touchpoint.

Cons

At this point I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it. I'm still figuring out the most efficient ways to use it for my specific business needs but the product itself is very user friendly.

“Demographics customized to your needs”

Pros

Right away one of the best parts was how it automatically displays the income and demographic details for our leads based on the zip code and surrounding territory. It was also really helpful that the rep tailored the demographic data to match our target audience so closely.

Cons

The only issue is that the support rep handled the setup so well that I still don't really know how to add new doctors or create new territories the way he did. There were a lot of imports and formulas involved and I honestly can't remember the process, so I've been putting off making updates since everything is already working well as it is.
