“Reliable and very easy use”

Pros

The system is very easy to use and I was able to navigate it without needing much help or any tutorials.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints because it's a great program. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the item search since it would be better if it always showed all matching results.

Everything needed to view and review information is already built into the system, which makes it very convenient to use.

Cons

Well I'd still like to see more detailed information about the product packaging.

“sales visibility really gets results”

Pros

Using Recurrency in two different roles like first as an outside sales rep and now as a manager has really shown me how useful it is from both perspectives. When I was in the field it helped me review customer buying patterns and suggest additional sales opportunities based on purchase history and seasonality. Now in a management role I can keep a close eye on both my own accounts and my team's performance, while also spotting possible churn risks and recognizing strong sales results quickly.

Cons

It is an excellent ERP overall and the only real drawback I've noticed is that it's missing a few CRM features. That said their team has been very open to feedback and feature requests and they've been highly responsive about getting those items into the development pipeline.
