“Easy to use and complete”
Pros
Turning asynchronous roleplay into something very simple is a fantastic idea. The platform is very user-friendly and complete, so it's easy to work with and covers everything I need.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. The only small issue is that uploading some videos can take a while although that may be more related to internet speed than the software itself.

“coaching visibility adds real value”
Pros
Rehearsal gives our sales team a safe place to practice their messaging before taking it to customers. Managers are able to review those role plays and provide feedback that helps reps improve how they present. The reporting is especially useful because we can track not just whether assigned role plays were completed but also the kind of feedback managers are giving. Since we use it as a learning tool, senior leaders can also coach managers on the quality of their feedback. That level of visibility makes the platform beneficial across the whole organization.
Cons
To be honest the development team is extremely responsive, so whenever system issues come up, they usually get fixed very quickly. The bigger challenge on our side is internal since teams sometimes struggle to create content to send out to the field. On top of that the improvements rolled out over the past year have really elevated the platform.
