“Transparent incentives keep focus sharp”
Pros
Having real time visibility into performance versus targets across teams makes a big difference. It also gives you a structured way to model compensation before launching it, which helps avoid problems later. The integration with CRM and reporting systems is clean and it cuts down heavily on manual tracking and the need to rely on spreadsheets. For bigger sales or account management teams that kind of transparency really matters. When incentives are directly tied to measurable KPIs like revenue growth, margin, expansion and retention, people know exactly what to prioritize.
Cons
Getting everything set up upfront takes careful alignment between Sales, Finance and Operations. That said the discipline is worthwhile because it helps make sure incentives support long-term strategic priorities instead of short-term fixes.

“Earnings visibility is very clear”
Pros
Remuner gives me the clearest picture I've ever had of my performance. It's excellent for tracking earnings and seeing what's still at risk, which is why I end up checking it almost every day. The Salesforce integration works really well and the timely nudges are especially helpful when I'm close to quota. I also like how often the product gets updated and each release feels useful and relevant. Getting everything set up at the beginning was extremely simple.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind.

“Reliable insights with payout clarity”
Pros
Our reps trust their numbers again. The PostgreSQL integration keeps everything up to date and dependable, while Remu adds useful insights that support better performance. The recent update to the payout timeline view was especially well received by our team.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as a downside as it's one of the rare tools that works just as well across different teams.

“Comp planning tool helps win”
Pros
Hard to imagine handling comp planning without Remuner now. It's user friendly, quick to get into and has become a regular part of my week. The product has improved a lot since we first started using it especially the mobile experience and the recommendations. The integration with our sales stack went good as well. It's made our compensation model feel much easier and predictable. Getting started was simple and Sergio and Conor walked us through everything clearly and in detail.
Cons
Nothing to mention at the moment as everything is working perfectly.

“Live comp visibility is great”
Pros
It's not often you introduce a compensation tool that reps actually choose to open on their own but Remuner has been exactly that for us. The Salesforce integration keeps everything live and it shows helpful prompts when reps are getting close to quota, which helps them stay locked in. Support has been quick to respond and the product keeps improving with frequent updates.
Cons
It fits our sales process really well. So no cons to share.

“stays very clear”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how much clarity and peace of mind it brings to a topic as sensitive as team compensation. The platform is especially simple to use, very user friendly and you don't need to be an expert in labor matters to understand what's happening. I also really value the real time visibility since you can instantly see the impact of any change, along with the organized handling of variables. On top of that it gives a strong sense of scalability and makes it possible to take strategic decisions based on clear data instead of rough estimates. Even the initial implementation was much simpler than we expected, with a user friendly setup process, easy data import and good support from the team.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, only as constructive feedback, I'd mention the need for more customization in some reports. It would be helpful to have more configurable dashboards, more advanced simulators, deeper analytics and more granular filters.

“Clear dashboards with reliable sync”
Pros
The best parts is how transparent everything is. Whether you're working as a rep or leading the team, you always have a clear picture of where you stand. I check the dashboard every Monday morning to map out my week and it's become part of my routine. We're also using the HubSpot integration and the syncing has been flawless. On top of that it rolls out product updates regularly and communicates them really well.
Cons
Honestly, I wouldn't change anything. It fits into our workflow perfectly.

“powerful dashboard delivers quick value”
Pros
Right from the dashboard, it gives a clear view of top performers and shows exactly how close we are to hitting our goals. The team checks it every day to keep up with their performance across each incentive, which has made it part of our regular routine. The setup process was handled really well with excellent support and even though there was a bit of a learning curve, we started seeing value almost immediately once everything was in place.
Cons
The mobile view isn't as user-friendly as the desktop version when it comes to visualization.

“keeps me going”
Pros
Seeing how close I am to the next commission tier really pushes me to work harder. It makes it crystal clear what's on the line and when I'm in end of month mode, I'm running simulations almost every day.
Cons
Honestly, it's the only sales tool I keep using because I actually want to.
