“Powerful campaigns work for teams”
Pros
Reply.io keeps improving at a fast pace and that really shows in the product. It does a fantastic job with multi-step campaigns and the email functionality adds another valuable layer to marketing efforts. The team plan is also very helpful for collaboration since it lets you work alongside teammates and keep track of everyone's activity in one place.
Cons
A few simple tasks can take more steps than they really should, which can make the user experience is a bit confusing at times. Even so the overall performance of it is still something I like and the quick support team makes this drawback much easier to put up with.

“Rude support and duplicate charges”
Pros
The interface is acceptable, even if it is not especially user friendly. They do provide a range of channels for cold outreach, which is a nice option but taken together it still is not enough for us to continue with this company.
Cons
On top of that they bill you again for things you have already paid for. Customer service was not just unwilling to correct their own mistakes but also came across as rude and entitled. It turned into an extremely bad experience overall. We ended up having to dispute the charges through our bank and reach out to the reseller we originally purchased the services from. The business feels very low integrity.

“Powerful toolkit for cold email”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features that really improve cold email efforts for sales and marketing. One thing we especially like is the email warm-up feature since it helps boost the odds of messages actually landing in a prospect's inbox. Another big plus is how personalized the emails can appear making it seem like the recipient got an individual response after the email is sent. It also lets you build multiple sequences within a campaign, which is helpful for keeping prospects consistently nurtured from start to finish.
Cons
The terminology and rules in it take a bit of time to fully understand. It's important to keep a close eye on which sequences are active and where each contact currently sits in the process. People also can't be placed in multiple sequences at once, which makes sense because it helps prevent prospects from getting overwhelmed with too many emails.

“Easy UI with simple workflow”
Pros
Using it is very hassle free. The interface is user friendly and the overall setup is simple to navigate without much effort.
Cons
I'd love to have the option to search by any customer data field, along with an integration to a prospect source database.

“Powerful outreach and lead generation”
Pros
Between the Chrome plugin and its strong sales engagement features, it has really stayed ahead in this space. It's one of the most widely used tools for sales outreach and finding contact details for specific leads. The platform gives organizations several ways to connect with targeted prospects, from running campaigns and pulling verified email addresses to integrating with major CRM systems.
Cons
It has been the best tool for my work and I use it across all of my lead generation and marketing projects. I haven't run into any issues with the platform itself. The only downside is that the membership fee is quite expensive, so lowering the plan price would make it even better.

“Affordable follow-up boosts sales efforts”
Pros
Reply has been a really valuable tool for our sales team. It helps a lot with post-call follow-ups and the pricing is very reasonable and affordable for anyone who wants to get the most out of the software.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across any downsides because it does exactly what I need it to do.

“Great support with smart cadences”
Pros
Customer support is easily a 10+. The product keeps getting better all the time and every update comes with email notifications plus webinars that walk you through the changes. It consistently helps us book at least two meetings a week thanks to how the cadences are automated and the AI even recommends strong copy. The Chrome extension is also excellent for pulling prospect data.
Cons
The one thing I'd still want is for the Chrome extension to work more like ZoomInfo and automatically fill in any missing details from the prospect profiles.

“Great features but Salesforce issues”
Pros
Between the wide range of capabilities, useful features and the affordable price, this platform offers a lot of value. Having virtually unlimited email addresses alongside CRM and outreach automation makes it a very compelling all in one option for organizations trying to keep costs down.
Cons
Our biggest challenge was the Salesforce integration. The contact to account relationship wasn't functioning the way it needed to, which was a major issue for us. Contacts coming over from it were imported into Salesforce without the associated Account, leaving us with a large number of prospects that weren't tied to any company. There may have been a way to configure it correctly but figuring that out took longer than our trial allowed.

“Powerful multi-step outreach works well”
Pros
Being able to build multi-step campaigns across calls, email and LinkedIn has been a huge plus. The tracking features, along with the email customization tools, have been especially helpful.
Cons
There were a few bugs in the beginning but the team stayed on top of them and provided excellent support whenever it was needed.

“Support options are fairly limited”
Pros
Chat support is at least dependable in the sense that they do respond and eventually address every question. The downside is that it happens on their timeline, not necessarily when you need it. There's also no option to pay extra to speak with someone directly and no phone number at all, even if you're willing to pay for premium support. It feels more like a budget-level service geared toward people who can't afford a higher tier of assistance.
Cons
There's no way to pay for premium phone support. You also can't talk to a sales representative and reaching anyone in accounting or billing by phone isn't possible either, which makes it seem like those teams are probably offshore somewhere.

“Bugs ignored with no support”
Pros
It does a good job with CSV uploads and covers a need that really matters to me.
Cons
I ran into a few software bugs and sent them to support, including a screencast that clearly showed what was going wrong. From what I shared, it was obvious this was a bug and not user error. Still they told me monthly subscribers don't receive support and that I'd have to upgrade to a quarterly plan before they would even review the issues I reported.

“LinkedIn prospecting really delivers”
Pros
Finding and discovering prospects on LinkedIn is pretty simple with this tool. The built-in outreach email templates are ready to use, which saves time and the support team is incredibly fast and accurate whenever help is needed. I also really like the multichannel outreach sequences, so it feels like targets are covered from every angle, haha. Being able to send outreach emails from different email addresses is another big plus. Overall it's simple and not hard to use.
Cons
One thing I don't enjoy is being required to sign up with a work email. I'd rather have the freedom to register with any email address I want. It would also be better if there were more native CRM integrations.
