“Outreach tool saves lots time”

Pros

Right from the start the interface felt incredibly user-friendly. Out of all the outreach tools available, this one has the simplest layout I've used and it saves me a lot of time.

Cons

The only thing I'd still like to see is AI message suggestions. From what I've heard though that feature is already in the works.

“Transparent outreach that's very easy”

Pros

Automating a big part of manual sales outreach was really useful and that's where this tool helped a lot. The standout part for me is how simple and user-friendly the platform is, along with how transparent everything is. I've tried plenty of tools that claim they can put everything on autopilot and then fail to deliver, so this was a nice surprise. It actually worked effectively without me needing to have back and forth conversations with support.

Cons

I'd recommend rolling out some additional features gradually so the platform can better compete with other specialized tools in this space.
