“Great volume and support overall”

Pros

One of the biggest benefits of using Replyify is the 500 emails it lets me send each day. Creating drafts and sending campaigns is very hassle free and the monthly pricing is hard to beat for the number of emails you're allowed to send daily. Their customer support has also been really pleasant to deal with and they respond quickly whenever I have random questions. On top of that the activity tracking is simple and very clear to follow.

Cons

The part that still throws me off is how bounced emails and suppressed contacts are handled. There also isn't a simple way to remove a group of contacts from a campaign, which means I end up duplicating campaigns more often because of the 10,000 contact limit. It would be incredibly helpful if bounced and suppressed contacts were automatically removed from both the campaign and my contact list.
