“Helpful targeting with good support”

Pros

Navigating Resquared is very easy, so getting comfortable with the platform doesn't take long. It's been really useful for quickly identifying businesses that are a good fit for our centers. Another big plus is having a customer success manager available whenever questions come up, which makes the whole experience even better.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is the ability to attach images or PDFs within campaigns. It would also help if the AI could create more professional email drafts especially since we're often reaching out to national brands.
