“Flexible retail execution coverage works”
Pros
The platform covers a wide range of functions and can be adjusted to fit different business needs. The vendor also shows a good understanding of sales processes and day to day operations, which really helps. On top of that the system is user-friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that while the software supports custom development when the standard setup does not fully match your processes, heavy customization can make the system less stable over time. Also, when large volumes of data need to be exchanged between the BackOffice and mobile devices, performance tends to drop.

“POS data capture is done right”
Pros
Collecting POS data is very easy and the sales workflow built into the software is really well designed. The newer features that were added recently like the information documents in the smart library, have also been a welcome improvement.
Cons
Communication can be slow at times since it depends on internet coverage. Thankfully the offline mode lets you continue working without losing any information.

“Smart agenda keeps me focused”
Pros
Keeping my work organized is much simpler with the smart agenda. The planning interface is user friendly, so I can make sure every POS gets visited no matter how many customers are assigned to me. The smart library is also very useful, packed with all the must-have documents needed for the job. It's an essential tool when critical requests come up at the POS and you need a fast, clear response. Collecting data in-store is easy and simple to complete.
Cons
Well communication can be slow at times since it relies on internet coverage but the offline mode helps a lot because I can keep working without losing any information.

“Reliable and powerful retail tool”
Pros
Using Retail Execution has been user friendly from the start as it's simple to work with, yet still very capable. The final format is clean and uncomplicated while still covering every service requirement we have. Even after years of continuous use, we haven't come across any programming issues in the application.
Cons
After using the application we haven't run into any anomalies and we also haven't needed any update releases for the devices. Honestly, we haven't been able to identify any weak point.

“Routes planned well with help”
Pros
The software is very user friendly for users and it doesn't take much effort to learn. It offers several useful tools that make day to day work much simpler such as the planning assistant for instance is especially helpful when it comes to organizing and completing routes successfully.
Cons
That said the planning assistant can sometimes be a bit confusing. If a visit to a specific location has already been scheduled, it's unclear why that same place still shows up in the app again the following day. In the agenda's monthly view, it would be more useful to see exactly which centers have been visited rather than only the total number of centers. I also think it's a drawback that the audit section does not include the offer type in pricing since that can cause mistakes during product audits.

“Quick routing and visit tracking”
Pros
Using this app is very easy because everything is kept simple and fast. Being able to plan my route ahead of time and check that every visit has been completed is especially useful since it helps make sure I don't miss any stops.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the agenda view especially the monthly layout. I'd rather see the name of each center instead of just the number of centers per day, because that would make planning much faster. I also don't like having to manually calculate offer prices like buy 2 get 1 free or the second unit at 70% off since rushing through that can easily lead to mistakes.

“Mobility really boosts field visits”
Pros
SalesWare has strengthened our business processes especially with its strong mobile focus. When the right customer data, key information and management tools are in place, it gives us what we need to handle our daily visits efficiently.
Cons
At times adopting new functionalities takes longer than expected and project support seems limited because of resource availability.

“Commercial-focused features work very well”
Pros
It is clearly built around the functionality a commercial business actually needs, which shows a deep understanding of the day to day activities, the market and how execution really works.
Cons
One concern is the technical side since the previous version felt outdated. Right now we're in the process of understanding the roadmap for the new version and what kind of impact it will have both technically and for end users.

The front office is user-friendly and gives quick access to a large amount of information. It also performs well when used on mobile devices.

“All store data in one place”
Pros
Having full visibility over every point of sale is a big advantage especially with all the information for each one available on a single screen. The route planning feature is also very useful and it helps a lot to organize, schedule and track both pending and completed appointments. On top of that the platform is very user friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
One limitation is that it does not allow you to edit a follow-up from a local action.

“Thorough audits with fast support”
Pros
Every time I open a specific point of sale, I can instantly see all the details from the previous visit, which is really useful. The platform responds quickly and gives me a wide range of options while auditing, so the process is very complete and detailed. On top of that technical support is fast and they usually provide an immediate solution whenever something comes up.
Cons
The limitation is during visit preparation, because the system doesn't allow manager information to be added at that stage. To enter that data, the visit has to be closed first and then I need to log in as a client, which makes the process less convenient.
