Mobile transcription workflow tool

Pros

On my end, I like using my iPhone's Voice Memos app along with this service. I can tap the three dots on a recording and send it over to Rev in just a few seconds which is really convenient. When I switch to my laptop, I can open transcripts, label speakers, fix small errors and download everything easily. It fits well into how I like to work.

Cons

I don't really have major complaints but I did lose a few recordings while using it directly on my iPhone. It happened after I finished recording and I'm pretty sure I tapped something wrong. Because of that, I switched to using Voice Memos on my phone and then sending files to Rev. That process has been working well for me ever since.

Funnel insights stay very clear

Pros

Revsure has been a strong addition to our business because it pulls data together from multiple sources in one place and helps us turn that information into meaningful insights. The analytics give our marketing and sales teams a much clearer view of the sales funnel and make it easier to see which strategies are actually working. Also it removes the manual effort of stitching data together from all the different sales and marketing tools we use.

Cons

The large number of metrics, along with some fairly complex chart naming conventions, can be confusing for some users.

ICP scoring insights are helpful

Pros

It covers an important gap in our tech stack by letting us set the criteria for our ICP scoring model. The data it pulls from LinkedIn profiles and job postings has been useful for figuring out whether a company is likely to be a good fit for our solution.

Cons

Its Salesforce integration still seems a little early-stage and doesn't quite match our specific use case. Because of that we rely on their data services to bring the data into our system the way we need it.
