Strong synchronization between Outlook and Salesforce

Pros

At the moment we're using the integration between Outlook and Salesforce. It automatically imports data into Salesforce, which we prefer over Salesforce's own tools. It works flawlessly.

Cons

There are sometimes synchronization errors but the team works with us to resolve them.
