Their support team genuinely put in a strong effort to address problems and help resolve issues. I also liked how the platform pulled in news feeds and relevant data about the contact.

Cons

Using the product is confusing from the start and wasn't user friendly at all. I spent far too much time trying to understand the setup and manage active campaigns. On top of that the keywords related to our business and our clients businesses didn't translate well into their AI models, so the results ended up being very disappointing.
