I'd really like more flexibility and clearer visibility around renewal dates and cancellation windows, with the option to switch down to a monthly plan whenever needed.

It gave me all the flexibility I needed to create the service I had in mind. It is very powerful while still being easy to use especially at this price point. Any time I ran into a problem, support responded right away and, when it made sense, pointed me to the exact blog post or how to video I needed so I could sort it out myself.

Cons

Nothing notable at this point. The only challenge I've had has been with AdSense integration and that isn't really something caused by the tool.

We did run into a few limitations with the ActiveCampaign integration. Even so the team stayed available throughout and their developers managed to put together a fix overnight.

Its interface is really user friendly and easy to use. Even someone who's very tech-savvy can get the hang of it almost right away.

Cons

One limitation is that you can't insert questions into an existing flow after it's been created but support helped me find a workaround. I was also told this will be addressed in its 2.0 version, so it's hard to complain too much.
