“Training is easy to follow”
Pros
It didn't take much effort to get people up to speed with it. The software is easy to use and training new team members is simple so they can start working with it pretty quickly.
Cons
It appears a little confusing at times. Also it seems somewhat outdated and a few of the features don't add much value or really help.

The way the system works is very easy to understand which makes it quick to get new users started. The steps and procedures are also clear and simple to follow.
Cons
There are occasional communication hiccups. Exporting to Word can also be slow especially when working through lists of questions.
