“Contact details it provided were on point
Pros
We have used a bunch of similar tools before but RocketReach really stood out because it has way more contact details than anything else we have tried. Also it gives us a huge amount of information which makes it very easy for us to get in touch with people quickly and easily.
Cons
Right now there is a limit on how many contacts we can export from our account and I keep hitting that limit pretty fast. And it is kind of frustrating because I often need to export more than what's allowed.

“Helpful for getting leads
Pros
They have done a really great job with the interface. As it is clean, well laid out and using it for finding leads and matching them is honestly a smooth process. Also I did not feel lost at any point which is rare with software like this.
Cons
It feels like an expensive option considering the kind of leads it provides and to make things worse, there was this glitch that messed up the phone number verification for me and caused delays.

“Makes lead gen easy
Pros
What made us switch to RocketReach from the tool we were using earlier was the price. As compared to our old platform, this one is significantly cheaper like seriously almost ten times less expensive and the results were basically the same. Plus it is so much easier to use especially for sales or lead gen teams that do not have a lot of experience with these types of tools.
Cons
The biggest problem I faced with it was the contact data quality and global reach. We had trouble finding complete contact info for some countries in different regions which slowed down our work. Even when we did get the contacts, a lot of the information was not very accurate and that made lead generation feel clunky and unreliable at times.

“Their plan is misleading
Pros
To be honest I could not find anything that I consider a real positive in this service. As nothing stood out or made it worth recommending from my experience with it.
Cons
They advertise like they offer an unlimited plan but that is just not true. It felt misleading once we realized that option did not actually exist.

One of the biggest reasons we ended up picking RocketReach was the cost. We had used ZoomInfo before and the difference in pricing between the two was a major deciding factor for us. RR felt much more reasonable budget wise.
Cons
The data was not complete and on top of that they charged me automatically without any heads up. So I canceled the same day but they were rude and unhelpful about it as they pretty much told me I was out of luck.

“Affordable and gets the job done
Pros
One thing I really like about it is their focus on data accuracy. They are not trying to impress with fancy add ons or tons of integrations. Instead they do a great job at what matters most like giving us good data. Plus the LinkedIn Chrome extension is especially helpful because it lets you update contact info with a fresh pull from the web instead of just pulling from a stale central database. Also it is very helpful in so many ways. Just go to someone's profile, hit add and you get updated data instantly. That kind of real time refresh makes a big difference.
Cons
I think it would really improve the experience if they added features to show buyer intent and more integrations with third party tools. Overall compared to other tools I have used it falls short in that area.

We found that handling contacts whether they were leads or current clients was pretty easy with RocketReach. Plus the way the platform is organized just made everything easier to manage without overcomplicating things.
Cons

“Not what I hoped for
Pros
The search feature on RocketReach is honestly one of the easiest I have used. On top of that finding and downloading contact lists is fast and does not take much effort. Overall it is user friendly and efficient.
Cons
A lot of emails turned out to be undeliverable which was disappointing. Plus the sales reps also made claims to me that did not turn out to be true. And canceling the monthly subscription was way more complicated than it needed to be.

Pros
Back when I had no clue about lead generation, I randomly clicked on RocketReach and it somehow gave me actual leads that I could work with. It was very easy to get going even with zero experience which really helped me.
Cons
The price is high, the platform itself is confusing and the lead quality does not match the cost at all. And customer support is almost non existent. Overall it feels way too overpriced for what you get.

Pros
We were working on a cold outreach campaign and needed email contacts so we tested out a few tools and RocketReach being one of them. And let me tell you that it is not the cheapest one out there but it definitely performed well enough to justify giving it a shot for the kind of project we were doing.
Cons
One thing we noticed that several emails listed were incorrect. Also it is strange because our own company emails showed up there and we never gave permission for that. I am not sure if consent is even part of their process which is kind of concerning.

Pros
I have used it to find contact info for different kinds of campaigns including outreach and partnerships and it has been really helpful. And what is great is that they give you some free credits to get started which helped me test things out before committing.
Cons
So far everything has gone well for me. As I have not had any major complaints up to this point.

The overall look and design of the platform is quite nice and the information it gives you especially emails is pretty useful. Though it is not perfect but it gives me enough to work with in most cases.
Cons
You do not find out until later that it costs a ridiculous amount just to get access to phone numbers as a single user. Plus no one was around to explain how any of it worked and they just kept pushing for more payments. So I have decided to cancel my card and membership altogether.

It works okay if you are just using the free version but paying for it felt like a waste to me. As I did not see enough extra value in the paid plan to justify spending money on it.
Cons
The tool is very slow. I tried it on different computers and even on my iPad but it made no difference. Plus I could barely get 20 contacts after spending the whole day using it and the issue clearly was not with my internet.

I have found it to be one of the most complete tools when it comes to connecting with professionals. You can get access to tons of info like emails, phone numbers and even social profiles. Also the search tool is really easy to use and helps me track down people or companies without much effort.
Cons
Sometimes the contact data is not completely accurate but even with that it has still been useful for helping us with our marketing campaigns.

It is pretty easy to upload a bunch of LinkedIn URLs and then download the data you need from those profiles. Also I did not have to deal with a lot of steps as it is pretty much a plug and play tool for that purpose.
Cons
Every now and then I will enter the same LinkedIn URL twice and get different results. Plus some data just does not show up for one of them even though it should be there.

Pros
RocketReach has proven very useful for me when other software did not do the trick. What I found useful was how it shows the typical email formats used by companies which made it easier to figure out how to reach people when other methods were not working.
Cons
The info is not always spot on. As a lot of times I noticed the email format they suggest turns out not to be the one that people in that company actually use.
