“Tool performs well with great help”

Pros

Calling it the software god might be a stretch but it really has delivered for us. We ran into a billing issue and although it took a bit of back and forth, the team did get it resolved in the end. I'd still recommend it overall though their communication could definitely be a little better.

There's still some room to improve but nothing major enough to cause real concern.

“Team fixes issues when they arise”

Pros

After a previous issue Gray personally reached out, listened closely to everything that concerned me, took responsibility and walked me through the improvements it has made since then. He never brushed off what happened or tried to downplay the effect it had. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly where things broke down and put real effort into making it right. That says a lot about the kind of team and company it is. The way Gray handled the situation completely changed how I viewed the company. It showed me they're willing to listen, improve and truly take customer feedback seriously. Because of that I'd absolutely consider using it again in the future. I really like the follow-up, the professionalism and the sincere effort to turn a bad experience into a much better one. I absolutely DO recommend it!
