Increase sales with Salesbox.ai

Pros

I appreciate how easily the virtual assistant can be configured to meet the specific needs of the company and the ideal customer. It does an excellent job of identifying visitors to our website and gathering crucial information, such as their potential, purchase intent, and profile. This allows us to capitalize on visitors to the page and convert them into potential customers. The platform features a native artificial intelligence chatbot that can be easily integrated into both the website and the company's social media channels. I can easily configure it to guide customers toward making a purchase.

Cons

I found that the entire process of migrating the company's information to the software and configuring the virtual assistant is quite laborious and manual, so it is important to have patience throughout. Given that this software uses technology that not everyone is familiar with, it would be ideal for technical support to be available around the clock. Unfortunately, in our case, that was not the situation. I also wish that the campaigns we create for LinkedIn could be easily published on Facebook as well. I am unsure if this is possible, as we have not been able to do it so far.

All-in-one solution for ABM programs

Pros

I am impressed by how the team went above and beyond to assist with setting up and getting the platform running in just a few days. My feed was quickly populated with intent accounts and key contacts, which was a great advantage. What stands out even more is the ability to engage these leads, who have shown intent, through emails and social media ads on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, which feel human-like and personalized.

Cons

I would find it helpful if I could create and manage LinkedIn campaigns directly on the platform. Right now, the only thing we can do in SalesboxAI is match LinkedIn audiences, and for everything else, we have to set up the campaigns on LinkedIn itself.
