“Meeting insights prove really helpful”

Pros

Heading into important meetings, the insights this tool provides have been really valuable for my prep and help me feel more informed.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is automatic updates so I don't have to log in and look for the information myself every time.

It takes a lot of the administrative work off my plate which gives me more time to focus on and connect with the end user even better.

Cons

To be honest you have to put in some effort to really get value out of it and it's not the most user friendly tool to use at first.
