“Saves time tracking commissions daily”

Pros

Once Spiff was set up, working out commissions saved a lot of time and effort compared to calculating everything manually. Having the mobile app available was also a nice bonus.

Cons

The part I liked least about it was that the reports didn't include everything I wanted to see. To really take advantage of everything the software offers, I also feel like I'd need a bit of training.

Pros

Besides handling the original need we brought it in for, it also came with a variety of analysis tools that ended up being useful in other parts of my workload.

Cons

Well one thing that didn't fully land for us was the visual layout. We couldn't quite get it to match the view we were hoping for and were already used to and even though I thought its setup could have worked, the team still preferred a different layout.
