Fantastic features and very capable, must-have product

Pros

Saleshandy offers excellent features for email marketing and excels in email tracking. I appreciate how it makes sales content management and sales enablement so much easier.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues with it so far.

Good tool for email marketing

Pros

Sending and receiving email marketing messages is simple, fast, flexible and professional with it. I highly recommend it.

Cons

It's a great email management product and very secure, no major problems.

Low on the totem pole with deceptive marketing

Pros

I enjoy that Saleshandy allows cold emailing, which is why I originally looked into it. After researching, I was impressed by the offer of 125000 emails and 25000 prospects monthly. I have around 20000 prospects I'd like to reach. The UI is decent, though I think they could do more with TXT authentication and service options.

Cons

It's pretty basic compared to other services like Campaign Monitor or other non cold emailing tools. The UI is very basic and setting up sequences is pretty limited. What I disliked the most was their approach: promoting monthly plans for specific email and prospect limits. When I signed up, they hit me with a daily cap instead. It's 500 emails and only 5000 prospects per upload. In my opinion, their marketing is deceptive. They lure you in with a plan and then after purchase, they impose these daily caps. It's simply bad business. Transparency is key.

The best and affordable cold email outreach tool out there

Pros

The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the many features such as unlimited email warm-up, email automation and analytics.

Cons

I hope to see improvements in the email warm-up features in the future.

Great software for cold emails

Pros

It's very easy to set up and start using. Saleshandy offers a complete range of features to help you succeed in your email outreach campaigns.

Cons

Some features are not included in the base packages but that doesn't stop Saleshandy from being a powerful marketing tool.

Fantastic outbound prospecting tool and amazing team

Pros

The LinkedIn Chrome extension lets you get unlimited leads with just one click. I love the advanced email warm-up and auto follow-up features. The support team is amazing and it includes almost everything needed for outbound prospecting.

Cons

I wish they had released the IP rotation and Spintax features sooner than planned.

Advance email marketing

Pros

Initially, the tool was great, but then they shifted to what I call the "Modern Cold Email" method. Other tools like Outreach and SalesLoft use outdated cold email tactics but Saleshandy has embraced scalable solutions. The platform is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

It's hard to find a downside. The interface is clean, the warmer works well, and sender rotation at scale is fantastic. It even has great team management features.

Amazing email integrated add-on for email delivery insights

Pros

I really appreciate the live transparent notifications I get once I send emails to my customers.

Cons

So far, I haven't disliked anything. I have no suggestions for improvement.

It has basic analytics with no real value

Pros

There isn't anything particularly unique about this tool that stands out.

Cons

The lack of a Mac plugin for MS Office on Mac is a downside. There has been no consideration for Mac users. While it says you can use it on a Mac, it's only through a web browser with limited functionality. Unfortunately, it shows its limitations due to this cheap design.

Your sales management in safe hands

Pros

Sales and marketing departments are crucial to any company. Lead generation and conversion are essential for growth and that's where it becomes indispensable for teams of any size. It simplifies managing the process daily.

Cons

Saleshandy is generally easy to use but some features and workflows need serious updates. When processes are difficult, they waste time and eventually lead to frustration with smaller issues. We share a huge amount of information and work files through this platform and it works fine. However, one thing that needs immediate attention is their file limitation. We can only work with CSV files, which is very restrictive and bothersome.

Its well worth our money

Pros

It's easy to use and the support response time is great.

Cons

The limitation on how many people can receive a campaign is frustrating. That could be a mistake on my part, though.

Great tool for email tracking and campaign management

Pros

Saleshandy is simple to use and does a great job with email automation, offering multiple sequences and workflows. The analytics dashboard is incredibly helpful for measuring email campaign results. Plus the customer service is quick and responsive, and the email scheduling feature with templates is a nice bonus.

Cons

When I open the sent mail on my mobile, it counts as an opened email by the recipient, but it's actually me opening it on another device. To make the open rate more accurate, this needs to be addressed so we can't open it on other devices and affect the results.
