“Convenient sales tracking from phone”

Pros

Managing sales reps is much more convenient because reporting, activity tracking and location monitoring are all handled from a phone. The analytics are really useful and the barcode scanning product catalog is another strong feature that helps me push my sales team toward better results and higher revenue.

Cons

The interface and overall user experience could definitely use some improvement. The tutorials also need to be more complete and better put together.

“Highly customizable to our workflow”

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this app is how adjustable it is. They even set up a feature specifically to match what I needed which made it look much more customized to my workflow.

Cons

I feel like it would be even better if the interface included more color options or themes for users who prefer a different visual style.

“Full access from any location”

Pros

Being able to use this app from any location on my mobile device is a huge plus.

Cons

The UI/UX could use some improvements to make it look more user-friendly.
