Pros

Working with the SaleSqueze team, we were able to create beautiful configurators that are now bringing in a strong volume of leads. During the build and after launch, their team has been consistently quick to answer our questions and genuinely proactive about helping us succeed. They also offer monthly review meetings which has been really useful for going over how the live configurators are performing.

Cons

One issue we've run into is the long load time for users in the US and we believe that's having an impact on both visitor numbers and the leads coming through the configurators. On top of that the backend wasn't as user friendly as we expected and there are a few design limitations we've had to either live with or work around by creating separate WordPress landing pages.
