Pros

Running sales with a small team is much more organized with this tool because it keeps the basics simple and covers everything we need in one place. Also it adds a nice efficiency boost thanks to the AI features which help speed things up without making the process complicated.

Cons

Reporting still has a few gaps and some features we need are not there yet. That said the product seems to be updated often and new features appear to be released regularly.

Right from the start it stood out with its powerful yet user-friendly interface and advanced sales automation tools. Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning took a little more time and guidance than I expected especially when it came to understanding and customizing all of the available features. That said the support team was very responsive and helpful throughout onboarding and their assistance made the whole process much more manageable.

Salesteq is very easy to use and has been incredibly valuable for automating and organizing our entire sales process.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints. I am very satisfied with how it performs and would absolutely recommend it.
