There really isn't anything positive I can mention.

Cons

After six months with it, not a single lead came through which was incredibly disappointing. Communication was poor the whole time and whenever the client wanted their own copy used, the team refused and kept pushing their own script instead. It ended up feeling like a scam and the client was left with the impression that the work was being outsourced overseas.
