Pros

Working with a network of channel partners and freelancers means commission management can get complicated fast and CallidusCloud Commissions has given us much better visibility into the commissions and incentives we pay out. It has also cut down the manual accounting work we used to handle every month.

Cons

Honestly we have not come across anything in this software that seeems worth calling out as a negative.

“Powerful dashboard with daily tracking”

Pros

Among the top platforms for commission calculation, this software gives a clear dashboard that lays out the different pay components in a company's compensation plan. Also it supports daily tracking and includes plenty of visual tools and charts which makes monitoring performance much more practical.

Cons

One thing I would strongly recommend is avoiding Callidus for the implementation and going with Deloitte or another third party partner instead. Our rollout experience with Callidus was disappointing because the project management was below par, the support was terrible and the software itself is very complicated to configure and manage. It's also expensive and overall the experience was not a good one.
