“game changer for us”
Pros
Running an agency across multiple clients, Scalestack has been a real game changer for us. Rather than piecing together different data sources and tools through spreadsheets and manual processes, the platform handles the heavy lifting automatically. Its AI agents clean, enrich and prioritize CRM data in real time so our clients get reliable, actionable information they can actually use. One of the biggest advantages is how flexible and modular the workflows are. We can tailor them to each client's specific ICP, territory design or enrichment requirements without needing custom code or waiting on engineers. The integrations are another big plus since it integrates well with whatever tech stack our clients already have in place. Overall it helps us move faster, keep data cleaner and drive stronger revenue impact for clients.
Cons
There's a lot of power in the platform and because of that it does take some upfront time to fully learn everything it can do and set up workflows in the best way. That said their CSM and partner team have been excellent and very hands-on which has made that learning curve much easier to manage. I'd also like to see more prebuilt workflow templates designed specifically for agencies since that would help speed up implementation even more.

“True partner with standout support”
Pros
Scalestack has really felt like a genuine partner to us in every sense. They consistently go the extra mile to create value for their customers and that mindset shows across the entire company, from the founders all the way through the rest of the team.
Cons
After working with this tool over the past 12 months, I honestly have not run into any real complaints or anything I would consider a downside.

“Enterprise ready tool”
Pros
After trying plenty of other platforms it is the one that really feels built for enterprise use. Also it integartes with all the tools we rely on, supports waterfalls and AI agents and handles complicated scenarios that other products just cannot manage well. It also lets us scale without getting stuck managing tables which has been a huge plus. On top of that the customer success team has been fantastic to work with and actively helps design and build out our flows.
Cons
Though it's still an early stage app but it already performs at enterprise scale. The team has clearly prioritized scalability and core functionality over adding extra features first which I actually appreciate. They're also incredibly responsive when it comes to refinements and improvements. So no cons to share.

“Powerful bespoke partnership for enterprises”
Pros
For larger companies dealing with complicated operations and limited internal bandwidth, Scalestack seems like a strong extension of the team. Their engineers are outstanding and they integrate well with existing people, processes and product infrastructure. The workflows they create are built specifically around your organization and bring together top tier solutions for enrichment sourcing, process optimization and content generation.
Cons
It's worth knowing upfront that this is a deeply involved partnership that can impact multiple parts of your organization. It isn't a self serve platform, it operates more like a consulting partner delivering custom solutions designed around your exact requirements. If your team is ready to stay engaged and provide ongoing feedback, there's honestly very little they cannot help accomplish.

“improved everything for us”
Pros
Back when I was leading Sales Operations at MongoDB, we brought in ScaleStack and it gave us a practical way to put our data to work at scale. We were getting thousands of free-tier signups every month and a big chunk of those people registered with personal email addresses like gmail.com or yahoo which made it really hard to tie them to the right accounts or send them to the right owners. It helped us de-anonymize and enrich those leads, then automatically route them by geography and account ownership inside Salesforce. We also relied on it for outbound prospecting by creating workflows that surfaced accounts matching very specific criteria, like companies using Kubernetes but not AWS and then enriching those accounts with the right contacts. Instead of wasting time on manual research, reps received clean, prioritized leads and could act on them right away. That had a major impact on efficiency and improved our pipeline conversion rates.
Cons
Like most powerful platforms it does require some upfront effort to map out the right workflows and make sure data is flowing cleanly into Salesforce. That said their team was very hands-on during implementation and responded quickly whenever we needed to adjust things. After the setup was done, it worked reliably.

“Powerful GTM automation at scale”
Pros
Scalestack has made a huge difference for us in automating data enrichment and lead prioritization especially when it comes to saving time. While a sales rep would have only managed to manually update two contacts, the platform improved and updated 370 rows on its own with complete and accurate information. It integrates well with our CRM which has cut out the manual data cleanup and lets the team spend more time selling instead of maintaining spreadsheets. It really feels like having an autonomous AI engineer working quietly in the background to keep our GTM operations efficient, without needing to bring on a dedicated person to manage everything.
Cons
Its biggest payoff really comes when you're working at scale so companies with a lower volume of accounts may not get the same level of ROI. Even though it removes a lot of the manual data work, the initial setup for workflows and integrations still takes some effort to configure properly. There's also a bit of a learning curve if your team is more familiar with traditional data management processes.

“saved us a lot of time”
Pros
Having one tool handle data from several sources saved me from spending hours managing it manually. It seems efficient overall especially since getting basic automations up and running was easy.
Cons
Where it falls short is connecting data properly across its different automations. Because of that I often have to come up with workarounds or export data and import it elsewhere which really takes away from the automation efficiency.

“Templates speed up development setup”
Pros
It has been a really good tool for handling routine work on my computer. Setting up new development environments used to take me hours but with its templates, the whole process is much easier and quick.
Cons
One thing that stands out less positively is the limited customization. It doesn't offer much flexibility when it comes to fine-tuning the details which can be frustrating when I need something more specific.

“Reliable automation for deployments”
Pros
Scalestack takes over a lot of the work I used to handle manually on my computer which has been a big help. Setting up new development environments and deploying applications also happens without issues so the whole process feels dependable.
Cons
The downside is that the customization options are still a bit limited. That makes it harder to tailor different parts of the development workflow when dealing with very specific or specialized tasks.
