“save time and money”
Pros
After setting up a template, putting together detailed, customized quotes for customers becomes much faster. It saves both time and money, keeps everything consistent and makes the whole process very efficient.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first especially when it comes to embedding the fields that change since I wasn't familiar with using mail merge fields in Word. Once I got the hang of that, it stopped being an issue.

“blueprint feature is useful”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how much it organizes the scope definition process. It lets you pinpoint exactly which sections are needed for a scope, standardize services around those requirements and then build from there. The blueprint feature is especially useful since it saves repeatable engagements as a template you can reuse later.
Cons
If you generate several documents at once, they come bundled into a ZIP file which makes things a bit less convenient because you have to unzip everything before you can start working with the files.

“Everything clicked for us”
Pros
Once the catalog was fully built out, the whole product clicked for us. We invested time loading our standard services with level of effort values that actually reflect how we deliver work and after that scoping stopped feeling like a Word document chore. Now it's basically pick the services, tweak the hours and move on. Blueprints take care of the repeatable offerings we sell again and again. Since pricing is driven by hours, there's no separate estimating spreadsheet drifting out of sync with the SOW which is a pretty common breakdown in a lot of scoping workflows. The API and MCP server were an unexpected bonus for a tool like this and I have already got an agent creating projects for us now.
Cons
Getting the document templates set up is practically its own project so it really needs someone to take ownership of that piece. The summary fields have formatting rules that you mostly learn the hard way by generating a document and seeing something come out wrong which cost me a few extra rounds at the beginning. Reworking a project after it's already been built also takes more clicks than it should and the catalog search seems to assume I remember the exact names we used for things which I usually don't.
