Incredible piece of software!

Pros

Scratchpad offers an incredible integration with Salesforce, making opportunity and pipeline management easy, clean, and actionable. I feel more organized and able to increase the revenue I generate because nothing gets lost and I can stay on top of my opportunities. The conditional formatting is a game-changer, I can color-code opportunities and take action on things that need my attention much more easily. I use the tool daily as part of my process and the learning curve is minimal, so you can start seeing value right away.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about Scratchpad!

Top way to manage SFDC

Pros

As a self-sourcing AE, I juggle countless tasks. Scratchpad helps me keep my pipeline updated and create new records quickly, using only the online items I want to see and that are relevant. I also love the connected note-taking feature. I only need 5-10 minutes to prep before a call instead of 20-25 minutes. What I love most is how easily it can be implemented without the need for sales ops involvement.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's possible but when I create new records from the command bar, it would be great if they were automatically assigned to me instead of having to input my name every time. The same goes for creating tasks or contacts. If I create a new task from the account view, it would be helpful if the 'related' field were auto-filled.

I can't survive without it!

Pros

Scratchpad makes taking notes during calls so easy. I can add notes directly to Salesforce during a call, which saves so much time on admin tasks and allows for more selling time. I can create reports and edit all opportunity rows in Scratchpad instead of opening multiple Salesforce tabs.

Cons

I absolutely love Scratchpad and will always use it and recommend it for any sales role!

a must-have

Pros

I love Scratchpad's ease of use and search capabilities. It fits perfectly into my workflow (I can create things in Salesforce straight from my Google Calendar). I'm constantly in the tool, using it multiple times per day. It's truly the backbone of my entire workday, and I'm always encouraging my colleagues to adopt it as I have.

Cons

The only issue I encountered was an internal conflict between Scratchpad and another plugin, which fought to set itself as my homepage when opening a new page.

CRM data is extremely useful to me!

Pros

Scratchpad makes my CRM data useful to me and saves me tons of time. The ability to quickly adjust views in real-time gives me a clear understanding of my book of business, allowing me to confidently approach leadership with outreach ideas and help my colleagues understand their pipeline. It saves time not only in data entry but also by keeping my opportunities consistently up to date in Salesforce. As a result, I meet with my manager half as often as others in my role, giving me at least 45 extra minutes each week!

Cons

I have a complex Salesforce instance and some workflows such as opportunity creation, can't be completed in Scratchpad. However, the support team was fantastic and worked with me to troubleshoot.

I couldn't imagine being an AE without it

Pros

The ease of use, quick adoption and immediate value delivery made Scratchpad a game-changer for me. After installing it, it only took an hour or two to set up and visualize my pipeline. It's something I use every day.

Cons

It used to be free but eventually, I outgrew their free plan.

It's really amazing!

Pros

Scratchpad has made it incredibly easy to update my pipeline. At my previous organization, we didn't have Scratchpad and updating my pipeline was a nightmare. I wasn't great about keeping it updated. Now at my current organization, we use Scratchpad and it's a game-changer. I actually get compliments on how updated my pipeline is!

Cons

It's really good and I don't have anything I dislike.

A massive game-changer for efficiency in deal management

Pros

If your sales team uses Salesforce, Scratchpad is a must-have. It makes keeping records updated incredibly fast and easy. What used to take 2-3 minutes in Salesforce now takes just 10 seconds in Scratchpad. With a sales team of 40 reps, that adds up to a lot of time saved. The company is also very aligned with its customers and seriously considers product suggestions. I've personally met with their product team several times, and they've implemented almost every idea within a couple of months. I'm a big fan of the zero boards that automatically surface opportunities needing an update. Their goal is to have no opportunities on the zero board every day and most reps consistently achieve that. I fought hard to keep Scratchpad in our organization and now we've expanded its use to other teams. It's one of the few tools I would fight for.

Cons

The mobile experience isn't quite there yet but I provided feedback and I'm meeting with their product team on Friday to discuss it. I know this "dislike" won't last too much longer.
