“Custom bundles with stellar support”

Pros

Being able to tailor product bundles, automate discount rules and build a fully personalized quote builder for our team has been a massive upgrade from the CPQ system we used before. Once everything was configured around our feedback, moving from Salesforce to Sculptor was very easy. The return we've gotten for the price has been outstanding and it's definitely made us a long-term customer. On top of that the team has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We've had a few very urgent requests and new feature needs come up and they've consistently responded right away or within a very short time with answers and workable solutions.

Cons

Honestly we have not run into anything we'd call a real downside. Whenever we want something updated or added, there's always a clear step by step process to get it done.
