A presentation library, folders or something similar would make a big difference. Right now searching for presentations is fairly difficult when everything sits in one folder. The pin option helps a little but it doesn't really fix the problem. Another downside is that the editing tools are quite limited. It would also be better to have a larger shape library so there's less need to keep copying and pasting items.

Everything I need is already there. The user experience is minimalistic but still more than capable and I really like that all the visuals match my company's branding inside Seidat. The cloud-based setup is also a big plus because I can access it whenever I need it and quickly build new custom presentations even during a sales meeting.

Cons

At times when I need more advanced custom images or graphs, I wish I could create and draw them directly within the same platform.

Customer support has been exceptional and the knowledge base is incredibly detailed so it's simple to find answers whenever needed. The platform itself is user-friendly and flexible, with both editing and sharing features that make it very practical to use.

This would have been such a valuable tool back when I was a student but I didn't know it existed then. It would be worth partnering with schools or doing educational collaborations. One small limitation is that you cannot insert images directly from the clipboard into a slide so you have to paste them into the image bank first.

Putting together professional looking presentations doesn't take much effort now and the interface is easy to work with. The horizontal and vertical slide movement also makes the presentation flow feel very visual and engaging.

I am still hoping for a simpler way to import PDFs into it. Another limitation is that presentations don't scale well on mobile phone apps which makes it impractical to use smaller text in a presentation.
