Pros

Running payroll for my door to door business has been pretty much hands free now which takes a lot of hassle out of the process. It gives me full visibility into my sales team and all their information so there's a lot more transparency and far fewer questions and headaches to deal with. Even the setup was completely hands-free as the team handled everything really well and made the whole process feel very simple on my end.

Pros

One of the biggest wins has been how it automates commission calculations which means I no longer have to spend time digging through Excel sheets manually. That change alone has made our workflow much more efficient and saved us a lot of valuable time. Another standout has been the level of support and communication from the team. Whenever questions or issues come up, they respond quickly and help resolve things without added stress which makes the overall experience much more pleasant. The platform is also very user friendly so it didn't take long to get comfortable with the features even with a packed schedule. That was especially important during the initial setup and with their attentive guidance, the onboarding process was smooth. On top of that it has successfully taken the place of our previous HR and payroll system which says a lot about how reliable and versatile it is for important business operations.
