“support needs improvement”

Pros

Shark Finesse is pretty easy to use and its integration with other tools works really well. Also it makes it simple to understand where the business is heading and helps us draw useful conclusions about both our clients and the business overall.

Cons

The free version could use some improvements and the support definitely needs to be better.
