“Complete marketing suite”

Pros

Right from the start it has been very easy to use and truly delivers on what it promises. It's been an outstanding tool for both video and email marketing and honestly one of the best platforms I have worked with. I keep coming back to it because its features for building videos and emails are so strong. The team deserves a lot of credit too as their support was incredibly helpful in walking me through how everything worked and in resolving the initial issues I ran into. Every person I interacted with was excellent. I also love the in-depth analytics, the option to tag and segment contacts in my CRM and the tools for building email lists and communicating directly with my audience. Overall it is an amazing, complete marketing system and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants an all in one marketing suite.

Cons

The only thing I'd really add is a mobile app that lets me create campaigns and send broadcast campaigns from my phone. I have been told that's already in development and should be released soon.
