Showpad is incredibly easy to use. The support team, CSM and training (Academy) teams are fantastic!

So far there's nothing I dislike about it.

The design possibilities on the landing pages are a bit limited.

I love the flexibility of Showpad especially how simple it is to share information and large files, and track who has opened and viewed the content I've shared.

Cons

I dislike having to manually update files in each shared space whenever the file gets updated, instead of it happening automatically.

What I find most interesting is the ability to organize any kind of digital content in such a simple way. The GUI is easy, allowing users to easily find and share files, saving a lot of time.

I've been using it in my organization for about 3 years and I have to say I haven't encountered any negative points. They make improvements every year and it has evolved into a really solid version recently.

Pros

Showpad's ability to create content around assets is amazing. It truly transforms how customers and our representatives interact. The ease of implementing assets into experiences is quick and seamless. Integrating videos, slides, and other essential sales tools to empower our reps in the field is also simple.

Cons

Initially, the lack of diversity within the platform was a downside but now there is nothing left to complain about! Future additions like multi selects, would be really beneficial.

We use it as a Content Management tool to engage our Commercial Teams, such as Sales & Marketing, as well as our Business Partners, it provides easy access to our Marketing Collateral for a better understanding of our business offerings.

Cons

I haven't faced any issues so far. With Showpad, you can do pretty much anything. It integrates easily with other tools and the platform is user-friendly and simple to navigate.
