“Quick replies always”
Pros
Using SiftHub has been a positive experience because it's easy to work with and delivers accuracy. All I have to do is add a link to the document and it can complete more than 100 responses within minutes. Getting everything set up was pretty simple as well since it only took uploading a few repository files.
Cons
One area where it still has room to improve is accuracy. At the moment it looks like it's operating at about 80% and some of the responses would be better if it had a stronger understanding of what's being asked.

“Lacked value”
Pros
We ended up stopping our use of it because the added value for our sales process just wasn't high enough.
Cons
At the time I believe it still didn't have a Salesforce integration which was a drawback.

“Clean interface with reliable answers”
Pros
Right from the start the interface is user friendly and the overall experience has been amazing. It fits well into my existing ecosystem and I also rely on the bots to get quick answers when needed. Another big plus is that it pulls only validated product information through its integrations which makes the responses more trustworthy.
Cons
There are times when it takes a bit longer to generate a response especially when using Reasoning mode but that usually comes with better quality answers.

“Better tool for tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of RFPs and RFIs across different teams has been much more manageable with its project management tools and the notifications have made things a lot simpler for both our internal team and external collaborators, even when they aren't SiftHub users.
Cons
Well there really isn't anything specific to complain about although it would be helpful if projects allowed more than one primary document to be added.

“worked well for us”
Pros
It's built specifically for understanding RFPs and answering requirements using the same kind of language found in RFPs which makes it very relevant for that work.
Cons
It doesn't actually generate the full documents and is limited to providing text only.

“Speeds up proposals”
Pros
The tool has noticeably sped up the proposal process from start to finish, cutting down the time needed to draft responses.
Cons
Since it's still a fairly new tool, a few features are still in development and not fully built out yet.

“Responsive support always”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been how responsive the product support team is. They answer questions quickly, pay close attention to feedback and regularly turn suggestions into actual product updates which makes the whole experience very collaborative and well supported.
Cons
The AI Teammate doesn't always return accurate responses so some answers still need to be checked or refined manually. Better consistency and stronger context awareness in the AI-generated replies would make the overall experience even better.

“Strong collaboration tool”
Pros
It gives accurate answers for RFPs and security questionnaires which saves a lot of time. Also it lets me assign questions to different team members, review responses together and keep everyone aligned while we move through the questionnaire.
Cons
Its formatting instruction feature is useful but having to enter the same instructions again for every new project gets repetitive. It would also be much better if instructions could be added at the section or individual question level instead of only applying to the entire RFP or questionnaire.

“Good enterprise integration”
Pros
The tool fits into an enterprise ecosystem incredibly well and integrates insights across different systems to deliver highly contextual answers with a very strong level of accuracy.
Cons
There's nothing specific to dislike. If anything, they could expand the roadmap further to better support a Sales Office or CSO use case.

“Faster responses win”
Pros
Handling RFPs and RFIs has been much more efficient and effective with it and the autofill feature is a big reason why.
Cons
A few of the responses aren't always accurate and at times it brings in older answers instead of the most current one.

“Saves time”
Pros
Using it has really sped up our RFP and security questionnaire process. It pulls in relevant content fast, creates accurate draft responses and makes it simple to reuse existing material which saves a lot of time and effort.
Cons
There haven't been any major issues. The only small downside is that AI-generated responses for highly technical RFPs still need a bit of manual editing.

“Top tool”
Pros
The thing that really stood out to me was the scope of work setup and the way the sales-to-post-sales handover is handled. It felt genuinely new compared to anything I'd used before and I really liked how the whole format was put together. With a larger team like ours, it's helped us communicate deliverables much more clearly because our client data, call transcripts and CRM are all connected inside it. We've also been using it to send scope of work documents directly to customers which has made tracking and conversations much more organized and tightly managed.
Cons
At the moment it still doesn't support branding on documents.

“Cuts RFP time significantly”
Pros
Cutting our RFP turnaround time by more than half has been one of the biggest benefits of using it. The AI Teammate feature has also been really helpful when it comes to bid/no-bid decisions which makes it much simpler to focus on the right RFPs and prioritize where our team should spend time.
Cons
Every now and then I still notice some context-related issues especially with similar questions that could have different answers depending on the situation. It's definitely gotten better over time but there's still some room for improvement.
