Pros

Whenever questions come up, the support team is quick to jump in and help and the backup support has been really dependable as well.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any major downsides. If I had to point to the least ideal part, it's that so many companies use it that everyone ends up analyzing each other but if you're not using it, you're probably already behind the market.
