Pros

One of the biggest strengths of SkyGeni is how advanced and detailed the insights are, thanks to its algorithms and AI models. The level of analysis it delivers is something we simply couldn't build with Tableau dashboards and it's not something we get from tools like Clari either. We use it alongside Clari and Gong to set targets, track progress against goals, improve performance, make course corrections when needed and ultimately boost sales productivity.

Cons

There's a lot packed into the platform which is valuable but it also makes the learning curve a bit steep. It can take time to fully understand everything it can do and figure out how to make the most of all its capabilities.

Pros

Having everything in one unified data view makes a big difference and the insights are actually actionable instead of just being more data to look at. It has helped improve our sales productivity and the platform is user friendly while still offering enough customization to fit different needs. On top of that the customer support has been outstanding whenever we've needed help.

Cons

Keep in mind there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning especially when getting familiar with all the features. Also it provides a huge amount of data so some time is needed to filter out and focus on the information that matters most.
