It handles calls really well, collects the key information and sends useful summaries afterward without coming across as robotic. I also like how clear the pricing is especially with a free plan included because it gives small businesses a chance to try it out before making a commitment. Overall it looks like a professional thoughtfully designed tool that solves a real business need.
