Pros

The biggest advantage for me is how it verifies relationship strength. When I connect with someone new, they usually have 4,000+ contacts and there's no clear way to tell which relationships are actually strong versus just surface level. It was built to find that needle in the haystack so I can focus on getting referrals only from people in my network who can truly make things happen.

Cons

The toughest part is getting my connections to rank how strong their relationships are. Once they begin, the process is simple enough but some people feel a little intimidated since they haven't come across this kind of feature on other platforms.
